Very professional & friendly

A piece of tyre hit my brand new Audi A6 on the motorway making a nice deep gauge in my bumper - not ideal! It also hit the worst place of the bumper that has both black and a metallic grey trim too.

I had seen Smart Repairs work on some very high-end prestige cars by one of their mobile team called Tom and was really impressed with the level and quality of finish, so I gave them a call and spoke to Ian at Leeds head office who was really helpful on the phone and assured me it's something they could repair. I booked it into their Leeds site the following week to have it done while I wait.

The waiting area and facilities on site are great, allowing me to work from my laptop while I wait with tea on tap! Very clean too.
Within a matter of a few hours, the car was ready for inspection, and I have to say for such a complex area of damage with several thin pieces of trim and two different colours I was absolutely amazed by the finish!
The was actually a better finish than factory, which can suffer from orange peel on modern cars - being an automotive photographer by trade I've got a keen eye.

All in all very impressed with the service from start to finish and big saving on having the whole bumper removed and fully repainted. Very professional & friendly - Highly recommended.
